在家里种植绿豆芽菜非常容易,而且种出来的豆芽菜既营养,没有任何添加剂,可放心的吃。种植的过程也蛮享受的,特别是见到自己种的豆芽菜长出来后,那种感觉的确是挺满足的。<br />

先用清水把绿豆冲洗干净。再把洗好的绿豆重新泡入清水里泡半天,等绿豆涨开以后,把水倒掉后,装在合适的容器里,用纱布盖好,放置在黑暗、阴凉处。<br />

青柠具有强碱性,被认为是治疗疾病的良药。止咳、化痰、生津健脾,且对于人体的血液循环及钙质吸收均能起到促进作用。含有大量维生素C和柠檬酸,可帮助消化,促进造血功能,提高肌体抵抗力,加速创伤恢复。它含有一种近似胰岛素的成分,会降低病人的血糖水平,对预防糖尿病血管病变以及糖尿病肾病都有一定的好处。<br />

Green beans soup is a delicious dessert and can cool the system and reduce huoqi (“fiery energy”), preventing malicious forces from penetrating the body. It is eaten to help dispel internal heat, clear away toxins, promote urination and relieve hot weather ailments and rashes. <br />

According to <a href=http://asiatcm.com>traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)</a>, the tiny green mung beans eaten as soup or congee can expel toxins. Since green beans are "cold" (yin), they help dispel internal heat, clear away toxins, promote urination and relieve hot weather ailments and rashes.<br />
<br />
The dessert soup is made my soaking dried mung beans over night in water and then boiled with palm sugar and pandan leaf. The soup is clear and green. You can drink the soup and leave the beans.<br />
<br />
If the purpose of you making the green bean soup is for detox, then cooking until the beans are soft and liquid is cloudy. Then eat the beans and the soup.<br />
<br />
Mung beans are good for most people - most people have "neutral" constitutions. Although it is beneficial to our health, it is not suitable for those who has a "cold" (too much yin energy), for women who have white discharge, for women who are about to have menses or who are having menses. Young children and old folks can eat in moderate amount but not too regularly (detox at least once a month is a good thing to do). Also, as mung beans expel toxins, it may decrease the effectiveness of some medicine. It is advisable not to eat mung beans less than half an hour before or after taking TCM or Western medicine.<br />
<br />
If you want to avoid the adverse effect of mung bean, instead of making green bean soup, you can cook green bean porridge. Wash the rice and green bean clean, then put them together in the pot with water. <br />
香砂养胃丸出自清·沈金鳌的《杂病源流犀烛》,“香砂”指的是木香和砂仁,木香理气调中止痛,砂仁化湿行气温中,合用具有化湿调中、理气止痛的作用,是治疗消化不良、积食、胃痛等脾胃病常用的一对药。<br />
<br />
除了木香和砂仁外,这味中成药的其他成分还有白术、陈皮、茯苓、半夏(制)、香附(醋制)、枳实(炒)、豆蔻(去壳)、厚朴(姜制)、广藿香、甘草、12味中药组成。白术、茯苓补气健脾,陈皮、砂仁、豆蔻等温中化湿,枳实、厚朴、香附等加强了行气化湿的作用,所以香砂养胃丸适用于脾胃虚寒引起的消化不良、胃部不适或隐痛、吐酸水等症状。这类患者还有个特点是,容易感到手脚冰凉。因脾胃虚寒引起恶心吐酸水时,服用香砂养胃丸可用姜汤送服,能加强降逆止呕的功效。<br />
<br />

不久前读到许瑞云博士独到的养生法,感触良多,特别是许博士关于生食的见解。特摘录如下,希望对大家有帮助:<br />

生机饮食,在台湾是个争议颇大的领域。很多人因为生机饮食,治癒了难缠的疾病,但也有很多人因为生机饮食而吃坏了身体。在我所接触的病人中,很多人因为不懂得吃生食的正确时间,加上过量,以至於身体变得很寒,病痛一大堆。<br />
<br />
我在美国时有位女病人,是个四十岁出头的高级知识分子,平日相当重视养生。她听说生机饮食好处很多,於是要求全家一起进行生机饮食。没想到,她生食了一段时间,胃胀气相当严重,身体时感痠痛,体力也较差,气色不好还很怕冷。<br />
<br />
当她来做健检时,是大雪纷飞的冬季。她跟我提到她的经期不顺,我检查了她的荷尔蒙,并没发现停经迹象。於是,我和她聊起日常饮食,一聊之下,才知道她每天早上习惯将十几种蔬菜水果及坚果打成精力汤喝,我告诉她:「吃生食要配合季节、天气及自己的身体状况,吃得太寒反而不好。」同时,请她减少精力汤的量,一次只放两、叁种食材并加上暖胃的香料。譬如,一种水果加一、两种菜,再加点薑(或薑黄)、泡过水的亚麻籽或坚果,而且只在中午食用。几个月之後,她再回诊时,气色好很多,也不像之前那麽怕冷了。<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
基本上,我并不建议生食,因为人体的胃喜欢温暖的食物、而非冰冷的食物。任何古老医学,包括中医及印度医学,它们都不赞成生食。印度的阿育吠陀提到 prana(火),中医也讲气,意思是胃里要有能量。吃生冷的食物,会降低胃的能量;越吃越寒,身体很容易出问题。尤其,在不对的时间吃生食,身体很容易变寒,缺乏元气与火气。<br />
<br />
如果非得吃生食不可,提供几个建议供大家参考:<br />
<br />
正午时间才吃生食<br />
<br />
有些人一大早起床就喝冰凉的精力汤,午餐、晚餐也都以生食为主,身体因为太寒,脸色也显得很不好看。其实,生机饮食要看身体的状态,调整吃的时间及吃的方法。如果身体容易怕冷、常腹泻或舌苔很白,这些都是身体较寒的倾向,并不适合吃生食。<br />
<br />
如果真的非采取生机饮食不可,建议在正中午吃。因为清晨、傍晚的时间,刚好是气候转换的时刻,早餐、晚餐不适合吃生食。同时,也得视季节、当天的天气,来判断是否可以吃生食。譬如,夏天非常炎热的时刻,只要经过退冰的程序,早上也可以生食。然而,就算是炎热的夏天,如果下雨、天气有点凉,中午时分还是吃熟食对身体比较好,也较容易消化。<br />
<br />
此外,胃不好的人最好不要生食。真要吃的话,只喝单一的水果汁或蔬菜汁就好,不要喝蔬菜及水果混合打成的蔬果汁。因为水果较易胀气,最好避免两种以上水果混打成汁,蔬菜则可以混吃,譬如:菜、红萝蔔或甜菜根,可以混吃。<br />
<br />
祛寒的方法<br />
<br />
生食易使身体较寒,记得要加一些老薑、枸杞、坚果或辛香调味料,或是熬一锅能量汤(用老薑、带壳的龙眼乾、红枣或黑枣、黄豆芽,加上小火炒过的糙米一起熬汤叁十分钟,只喝汤,可熬煮叁次。)等一起食用。且最好选择中午时段,一天一餐生食即可,进入秋冬季节或遇到阴雨天、大冷天,最好不要生食。几种常用的辛香料包括薑黄、丁香、胡椒、辣椒、肉桂、大小茴香等温热的东西,但身体属虚热、实热的人不适合吃。其中,薑黄是很好的抗发炎及抗氧化剂,丁香也具暖胃的效果,但是胃溃疡、胃躁症、肠发炎者不适合使用丁香。另外,茴香油有不同程度的抗菌作用,也能增进食慾,帮助消化。小茴香有抗溃疡、镇痛等功效,但它较易发霉,食用时需特别注意。<br />
<br />
清洗蔬果妙方<br />
<br />
若要生食,清洗过程要特别留意,需将有可能沾附在果皮及蔬菜中的细菌、寄生蟲、黴菌等清除,否则很有可能引起感染。若打算不削皮就吃下整颗水果,建议用过滤可饮用的水,将蔬果一叶一叶、一粒一粒的分开洗乾净,因为用自来水洗过的蔬果,氯就会附著在蔬果中。建议免疫系统较差的人或化疗中的人,必须用滚水很快地烫过蔬果,都是可以考虑的方式。<br />
<br />
适可而止,不可过量<br />
<br />
生机饮食的好处在於食物的营养不会遭到破坏,缺点在於身体必须代谢大量的金属、矿物质和维生素,反而是个沉重的负担。很多人一天叁餐都采用生机饮食,不但太寒,维生素、矿物质也超过摄取量,身体器官既要吸收、又要排出多馀的营养素,是不是太折腾了?而且,有些矿物质排不出去,留在身体里也不是一件好事。我曾经看过某些人越吃脸越黑沉,有些女病人的月经甚至因此停止;也有人只吃生机饮食,可是还没上年纪,就得了癌症,这都是吃太多偏寒冷的食物。最好学会观察自己的脸色,适时调整,并不一定吃多就是好。<br />
<br />
社会上有个迷思,很多人宣称是靠著生机饮食治癒疾病的。但是,我们仔细观察,这些生病的人,除了重新检讨自己的饮食外,他们的作息、睡眠、运动和心灵也做了很多的改变。因为这些生病的人开始大量阅读,开始检讨自己「我的身体为什麽出了错?」他们捨弃了大鱼大肉,选择了少污染、少加工的食物,再搭配早睡早起、运动、减少心理压力和思想障碍、心存善念,让身体回复到他们原本需要的状态,身体才慢慢痊癒。<br />

TCM has been practiced as one of the oldest medical disciplines in the world. It has been considered as an essential part of Chinese culture and tradition. <br />

Although modern medicine has been developed to solve many problems in medicine, TCM has proven utility, due to its proven efficacy and history of minimal adverse reactions. TCM theory is based on the balance and unity of opposites (yin and yang). Majority of the medicines are derived from all natural ingredients, mostly herbs and sometimes animal extracts. <br />

According to TCM, poor health is the result of imbalance between interconnected organ systems, with one organ weak or the other overexcited.<br />

TCM is considered to require considerable diagnostic skill. This often depends on the ability to observe what are described as subtle differences. There are four classic diagnostic methods that have been in use for thousands of years in TCM. These include the following:<br />

- Observe (望 wàng), <br />
- hear and smell (闻 wén), <br />
- Ask about background (问 wèn) and <br />
- Touching (切 qiè).<br />

Observe focuses on the patient's expression particularly on face color, the tongue, including analysis of the tongue size, shape, tension, color and coating, and the absence or presence of teeth marks around the edge.<br />
<br />
Hear and smell refer, respectively, to listening for particular sounds (such as wheezing) and attending to body odor.<br />
<br />
Ask for background focuses on the "seven inquiries", which are: chills and fever; perspiration; appetite, thirst and taste; defecation and urination; pain; sleep; and menses and leukorrhea.<br />
<br />
Touching includes feeling the pulse to find out its quality, power, rate and rhythm.<br />
<br />
Data received from the above mentioned four classic diagnostic procedures helps a <a href="https://www.asiatcm.com/search/label/TCM%20Physician">TCM physician</a> to recognize the current condition and the disease history of the patient, find out the reason and parthenogenesis of his disease, know the symptom for a comprehensive analysis so as to determine to the characteristic and cause of the disease as well as some changes of the patient's condition. As such the trend is now toward eating organic produce in this health conscious era. It is becoming easier to find organic foods without going to a health food store nowadays, however the difference in cost may cause some of us to think twice about choosing it.<br />

The word "organic" refers to the way farmers grow and process agricultural products, such as fruits, vegetables, grains and dairy products. Organic farming is the oldest form of agriculture.
