Fruit Enzyme

The more I study traditional chinese medicine and health information, the more I realize that it is good to take in more raw food.

During my recent trip back to my hometown in Malaysia, I was introduced to the benefit of drinking fruit enzyme. Basically enzyme improve our immune system. It help us to digest food we eat. You may purchase fruit enzyme from organic shop but preparing it by yourself is not something difficult.

Anyway, it take at least two weeks to have it ready for drinking. Majority of the fruits available are suitable for preparing fruit enzyme. Fruits like dragon fruit, papaya, apple, lemon are commonly use.
