Lifestyle diseases are a result of an inappropriate relationship of people with their environment. They take years to develop, and once an illness occurs, it is not easy to cure. The best way to deal with illness is to prevent it from happening in the first place. They can be lowered with changes in diet, lifestyle, and environment. To live longer you need to eat properly, exercise regularly and reduce stress to the extent possible!

It is quite a challenge to maintain good posture for long hour especially if you need to spend more than 8 hours in your office. A good computer chair is probably the single most important component of our working environment. If the chair that you sit is not comfortable, it may affect our health.

Take less after lunch
Research shows that the less you eat, the better your health will be. Digestion takes many hours and your system may not be able to digest properly when you are sleeping.
So it is good practice to take less after your lunch - better if you can skip your dinner - your digestion will be done during the middle of the day while you are moving around.
The other way is to take an earlier light dinner - this may help.
Some believe that "Eat ONLY when you really feel hungry" should be practise all the time. Anyway, do enjoy less eating for your good health!

Sleeping for health
According to traditional Chinese health I understand, sleeping is something that you need to take care about.
