Take less after lunch

Research shows that the less you eat, the better your health will be. Digestion takes many hours and your system may not be able to digest properly when you are sleeping.

So it is good practice to take less after your lunch - better if you can skip your dinner - your digestion will be done during the middle of the day while you are moving around.

The other way is to take an earlier light dinner - this may help.

Some believe that "Eat ONLY when you really feel hungry" should be practise all the time. Anyway, do enjoy less eating for your good health!
